No-Pothole Guarantee™ Terms

Pave the Kingdom’s No-Pothole Guarantee™ is designed to give you peace of mind: your pavement is safe, durable, and maintained. Please read the terms carefully to understand how it works.
1. Coverage
The guarantee applies to potholes caused by normal wear and tear on areas serviced by Pave the Kingdom.
Repairs under this guarantee will be performed within 7 business days of a qualifying report.
Coverage includes patching, crack repair, and sealant replacement as needed to restore affected areas.
2. Exclusions
The No-Pothole Guarantee™ does not cover potholes or damage caused by:
Accidents or vehicle impacts
Unauthorized modifications or construction on the pavement
Natural disasters, flooding, or severe weather events
Neglect or misuse outside standard maintenance recommendations
3. Requirements for Validity
To maintain the guarantee:
Follow the recommended preventive maintenance schedule provided by Pave the Kingdom.
Report potholes or pavement issues promptly via our SurfaceAlert™ system or email.
Allow Pave the Kingdom access to perform repairs as scheduled.
4. Limitations
The guarantee is limited to the areas we have serviced or are outlined in the proposal.
Pave the Kingdom’s liability is limited to the cost of repairs for covered potholes.
The guarantee does not cover unrelated pavement damage outside the scope of the original service.
5. Claims Process
Notify Pave the Kingdom via SurfaceAlert™ or chris@pavethekingdom.com.
Include photos, location, and description of the issue.
We will inspect the area and schedule repairs within 7 business days if the issue qualifies.
